Intellectual Property Policy

Introduction

Stylish Peek respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is Stylish Peek’s policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.

Copyrighted Materials

Our platform may contain materials and content posted by us, our users, or third parties. Unless otherwise stated, all content posted by Stylish Peek is owned by us or licensed to us by third parties. All rights in such content are reserved to their respective owners.

Users may only upload and share content on our platform if they have the right to do so. By uploading or sharing content, users represent and warrant that they own the rights to such content or have obtained the necessary permissions to use, share, and grant the rights as stipulated in our Terms and Conditions.

Reporting Infringements

If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that any content on Stylish Peek’s platform infringes your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site;
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material;
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail;
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Only DMCA notices should go to our Copyright Agent. You acknowledge that if you fail to comply with all of the requirements of this section, your DMCA notice may not be valid.

Safe Harbor Provision

Stylish Peek operates as a service provider and is not liable for any infringing content posted by its users under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Safe Harbor provisions, or similar laws as applicable in other jurisdictions. We respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement reported to our designated copyright agent identified above.

We will review and address all notices that comply with the laws and regulations. In accordance with the DMCA, we have a policy of terminating the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Governing Law

This Intellectual Property Policy and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country and submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the country courts.

Changes to This Policy

Stylish Peek may update this Intellectual Property Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
