Any commissions or income users earn from such content is governed by the affiliate and revenue-sharing agreements entered into with Stylish Peek.
All affiliate links must be approved by Stylish Peek, and users must adhere to the guidelines provided for posting affiliate marketing content.

Users can post reviews and ratings for products purchased on Stylish Peek based on their first-hand experience.
Reviews must be honest, factual, and free from offensive or inappropriate content.
Stylish Peek reserves the right to remove reviews and ban offending accounts.

Disputes arising from transactions, product conditions, shipping defects, etc., should be resolved directly between buyers and sellers.
Stylish Peek may provide tools or platforms for users to communicate and resolve disputes but is not obliged to get involved in user-to-user interactions.
Users are encouraged to report violations or misconduct to Stylish Peek, although Stylish Peek has no obligation to enforce these Terms between users.

Stylish Peek shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance of any part of the service, from any cause beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, changes to law or regulations, embargoes, war, terrorist acts, riots, fires, earthquakes, nuclear accidents, floods, strikes, power blackouts, volcanic action, unusually severe weather conditions, and acts of hackers, or third-party internet service providers.

In the event of a Force Majeure, Stylish Peek’s obligations under these Terms of Use will be suspended for the duration of the event, and we will use reasonable diligence to resume operations once the event has concluded.

Stylish Peek reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.
Stylish Peek may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any service provided on the Platform without notice.
Users agree that Stylish Peek shall not be liable to them or any third party for any termination or modification of services.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria.
Any claims or disputes arising in relation to the use of the Platform shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
Users agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Nigeria for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between users and Stylish Peek regarding the use of the Platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.
Failure by Stylish Peek to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
