1. Listing and Description of Products

Sellers are responsible for accurately listing and describing the products they offer for sale on Stylish Peek.
All listed products must comply with the applicable laws, regulations, and Stylish Peek’s policies.
Sellers are required to provide clear, accurate, and real images of the products along with a detailed description, price, and availability status.

2. Pricing

All prices shall be listed in the local currency and include all applicable taxes.
Sellers may offer discounts, but such discounts should be genuine and not misleading.

3. Order Processing

Upon receiving an order, sellers are obligated to process and dispatch the order within the stipulated time as mentioned on the product listing.
Buyers will receive an email confirmation to their registered email address ([email protected]) once the order is processed.

4. Payment

Payment for products purchased on Stylish Peek shall be made through the platform’s secure payment gateway.
The platform ensures the safety and security of the payment details provided by the buyers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Sellers are responsible for shipping the ordered products to the buyers within the estimated delivery time.
All shipping costs shall be borne by the buyers unless otherwise specified.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

The return and refund policy of each seller should be clearly stated on their product listing page.
In case of returns, refunds, or exchanges, the policies listed on the product page shall prevail.

7. User Reviews and Ratings

Buyers are encouraged to leave reviews and ratings based on their experience with the product and seller.
Sellers are expected to maintain a positive rating and address any concerns raised by buyers in a professional manner.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of a transaction shall be resolved amicably between the buyer and seller.
Stylish Peek may provide a mediation platform but is not obligated to resolve disputes between users.

9. Force Majeure

Neither Stylish Peek, its vendors, nor the buyers shall be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, any of their respective obligations under these Terms of Sale if, and to the extent that, such failure or delay is caused by an event or circumstance that is beyond the reasonable control of Stylish Peek, its vendors, or the buyers, and which by its nature could not have been foreseen or, if it could have been foreseen, was unavoidable. Such events may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, armed conflict, terrorism, labor strikes, lockouts, boycotts, public health emergencies, interruptions in public or private transportation, and failures of public or private telecommunications networks.

In the event of a Force Majeure, the party affected shall be excused from performance for the duration of the event, and the other party(ies) shall likewise be excused from performance to the extent that the Force Majeure event prevents or delays their performance. The party experiencing the Force Majeure event shall use all reasonable endeavors to mitigate the effects of the event, resume performance under these Terms of Sale as soon as reasonably possible, and provide regular updates to the other party(ies) regarding the status of the event and its impact on performance.

Any deadlines or time frames for performance that are affected by a Force Majeure event shall be automatically extended for a period equal to the duration of the event, plus such additional time as may be reasonably necessary to resume performance in the aftermath of the event.

This Force Majeure clause shall not excuse any failure to make a payment when due, unless the Force Majeure event prevents or delays the affected party’s ability to make such payment.
